So for those of you that don't already know (which I'm sure most of you do), I write for BYU's student-run newspaper, The Daily Universe. My beat (the type of stories I cover) is current politics so I cover the white house and the election! It's super fun and I really enjoy it. Especially because you really only get the opportunity to cover an election once every four years!

Anyway, for those of you who don't have access to The Daily Universe and want to read my articles, I have a blog that I started as an online portfolio of my articles that you can take a look at. I've linked to it on the side of this blog under "Blogs We Follow" but you can also just type in the url: news-mckinnleymatson.blogspot.com.
My other blog is, like I said, just kind of a fun way to keep a record of the articles I've written. I'm also using it as a means to explore my own thoughts and opinions on different subjects as I study them for my articles and I'd love your opinions too! Just follow my blog and you can comment on my posts and share your opinions with me and we'll all learn from each other! You can read both my published articles and my own editorials on different subjects on that blog. Just click on the tags on the right sidebar (they show up as a word cloud) to navigate between stories and editorials cause they all show up together on one page.
